Entry-level Inside International Sales

Bi-lingual Entry level sales people who enjoy talking on the phone and building relationships with potential customers have seen tremendous success by joining VRG Components’ sales team (www.VRGcomponents.com). Given that we promote from within, this role can become a springboard to a salaried position with higher commission percentage and the goal to make $80-$100k+.

Primary duties for our entry-level inside sales agent include outbound calling, e-mail communication and overall management of customer contacts.
Requirements:
• Willingness and ability to spend 85-90% of the workday on the phone
• Prospecting new customers and building relationships with their buyers
• Attaining requirements that lead to purchase orders for electronic components
What we offer:
• Initial average annual compensation range of $35,000 to $55,000 which is comprised of a $10/hour base plus uncapped commission (5% on gross profit)
• Performance based career growth opportunities (grow into a base salaried position with higher commission percentage on GP and make $80-100k+)

Preferred Qualities:
• Strong communication skills in both English and one of the following languages (German, French, Danish, Finnish, Swedish, Dutch, or Italian)
• Previous sales experience is preferred but not required
• Competitive spirit and the drive to be at the top of the sales board
• Team player who is assertive, goal-oriented, positive and self-motivated
• Desire to work in a dynamic, fun, and fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using computer applications
• High level of integrity
• Excellent communication skills
• Sense of humor
• Flexibility to work early morning hours (3am/4am until 11am): this is a full-time position and we make most calls to Europe (6 hrs time difference).
