I am a piano technician and have been trained in the skill of concert level tuning, regulation (the adjustment of the mechanical aspects of the piano to achieve uniform touch and responsiveness, and wide dynamic range), repair (including the replacement of worn or broken parts), and voicing (adjustment of the tone). I have gone over this piano and tuned it, made some adjustments to the touch, regulated some of the mechanical aspects and tone. I have examined it carefully to assure that it is structurally sound. Seldom is a piano in good working order and tuned from most private owners.
