We offer the best containers in the southwest!! 20'/40' standards (8.5' high) and 40' high cubes (9.5' high) are in stock and available for delivery. We also offer modifications and custom sizes. We can build anything that you can imagine. Standard modifications include: vents, skylights, windows, walk doors, roll-up doors, paint, awnings, divider walls/partitions, air conditioning/heating, insulation, framing, flooring, roof coating, multiple container configurations, etc. Checks require a hold period to ensure that they clear our account. Credit cards are an additional 3% for swiped cards and 4% for cards over the phone.

Our painting involves a multi step process that will deliver to you a long-lasting finish that you will be extremely happy with for many years to come. This process requires 2-4 days depending on the grade and size of the container.

Step 1 - We begin by removing all stickers from the inside/outside of the container and then pressure washing inside/outside.
Step 2 - All exterior dents/rust spots are grinded and then sanded smooth.
Step 3 -- All prepped areas are spot treated with a red primer to prevent future rust and promote adhesion of the topcoat.
Step 4 -- All surfaces, interior/exterior, are treated with a grey industrial primer/sealer.
Step 5 -- All exterior surfaces, roof included, are treated with an exterior industrial coating (custom colors and color matching available for an additional fee).

Delivery Specials:
Delivery price is within the Phoenix Metro area. Additional mileage for 20' containers is $3 per loaded mile (one-way charge) or for 40' containers is $5 per loaded mile (one-way charge). For an easy delivery price quote you can use Google Maps to calculate the mileage from Sierra Vista to your location. 20' delivery requires a minimum of 40' directly in front of where the container is to be placed and 40' delivery requires a minimum of 60' directly in front of where the container is to be placed.
