Order Processing & Shipping

Our quoted prices will always include local, ocean or air freight to your warehouse, a port or airport, based on your location.

Pallets remain the most economical option for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).

With the exception of micro-lots (12.5 kg / 27.5 lbs or less) of coffee or cocoa beans, most commodities are sold in the following units :

(1) Bag (12.5 kg to 69 kg or 27.5 lbs to 152 lbs)
(2) Box (12.5 kg to 30 kg or 27.5 lbs to 55 lbs)
(3) Pallet (500 kg to 1,000 kg or 1,100 lbs to 2,200 lbs)
(4) Full Container Load - FCL (13,000 kg to 26,000 kg or 28,600 lbs to 57,200 lbs)

Please allow at least 24 hours to process and prepare your order for shipping. We offer a variety of shipping options, including Next Business Day, Expedited and Standard Shipping, Ocean and Air Freight. Please note that delays may occur during transit due to weather conditions, product availability, national holidays and other factors. No orders ship on weekends or holidays.

Note: Our daily order cut-off is 1 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time). Orders placed by 1 PM EST will ship within at least 24 hours. Orders placed after 1 PM EST will be processed the next business day, (not on weekends or national holidays). During warm weather months, orders received on Wednesday through Friday will ship the following Monday. Warm weather packaging and cool packs are used to protect cocoa butter orders from heat during warm weather months.
Shipment Addresses

Regretfully, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. All shipments can only be delivered to a street address within the United States or overseas. Shipments are delivered Monday through Friday, except legal holidays. Our carriers do not deliver on weekend days or legal holidays and both are not included in shipping estimates. Signature confirmation and Saturday delivery are available for an extra charge, please contact us to make arrangements.

Shipments returned due to an incorrect shipping address will require an additional charge for reshipment. We are not responsible for delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries if the business is closed or not available to receive the package when delivered.
