•Ability to dissect systems and service problems and work with the teams to create improvement plans to drive resolution.
•Must be able to analyze from a customer’s view point, understand business and IT challenges and design a comprehensive solution that integrates smoothly into the customers environment.
•Must demonstrate a clear understanding of self-service capabilities with relation to IT products

Education:
Any Bachelors Degree with computer subjects.

COMMUNICATION
o Must have strong communication skills (both written and verbal) for internal team discussions as well as for external team communication with client applications
o Must have the ability to work within virtual teams and demonstrate initiative

Skill Experience Need
Oracle,Java, SQL, HTML and MS ACCESS
