This massive 3 story 7 bedroom home has canyon and lake views, pool, BBQ, game room, 14 mattresses, separate apartment, amazing furniture and more
This house was made for family reunions. It features a beautiful pool just steps from the living room with breathtaking canyon views. In the unlikely event of bad weather, the game room and massive TVs will keep everyone entertained.
This house is positioned perfectly in the middle of everything but just far enough away from the city for privacy.
There are three 75" Samsung LED TVs as well as wireless internet throughout. The first floor has a giant master bedroom in addition to an apartment with it's own kitchen and bathroom. The master bedroom has a king bed and a large private bath with walk in shower and oversized tub. The apartment has a queen bed and sleeper sofa.
The kitchen has a bar with seating for 4 and flows into a dining area with a table for 6 and then into a great room with a 75" LED TV, Bang Olufsen wireless sound system, and plenty of seating on the largest sofa I have ever seen.
The kitchen also opens into a fabulous dining room that continues on into the game room. The banquet table features lots of interesting seating and the room has some great art. The game room has a pool table as well as a genuine PacMan and Ms PacMan stand up arcade games and another giant LED TV.
On the second floor there are four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Room 18c (18th Century) has a huge carved king bed and marble dresser as well as an older seascape oil painting. The room 'Paris' has one has a queen sleigh bed and one of the most unusual chest of drawers ever seen. The 'Mission Room' has two mid-century modern beds with a matching chest of drawers and an 8' long mural/painting by Austin artist Nathan Jensen. The Bunk Room has two sets of double bunk beds. This is a great place to stick all the kids.
The third floor is a big loft with two queen platform beds at opposite ends. The ultra modern Eurasia bathroom was designed and created by Thomas Steiner. It is one of a kind. The views from this room are the best in the house.
There is a small parking lot on the side of the house and a circular driveway. There is room for 5 cars off street.
These are exclusive upscale homes in Austin's best neighborhood filled with the best furnishings and original art. This is a great house to get together with family and friends or co-workers but it is not a crazy party house. We don't host bachelor or bachelorette parties. If you are looking for a place to host a keg party and hire a DJ please look elsewhere.
Our vacation homes were created with intention of providing a space for family reunions or get togethers.
There is something going on every weekend in Austin. It might be F1, ACL or SXSW. It doesn't matter. Our rates are the same week in and week out. I wouldn't want to pay more for the same thing just because someone thought they could get away with charging me extra. And I treat my customers the way I want to be treated.
