Do you have a small business but can't afford the high lease rates to rent a store front?

The Quite A Unique Boutique may be your answer to success!

It is a permanent, secure place to display your merchandise.
The gate is locked at closing and the Mall is locked after hours.
We are open daily from 10 am to 9 pm Monday Thru Saturdays and 11am to 6pm Sundays
You do not have to attend your business at all times. This is a cooperative effort by all vendors, therefore each vendor will be required to work at least 17 hours a month in order to give others a break.
Parking is Free.
Several spaces still available, some WITH display cases NO ADDITIONAL COST
A common space is in front of the store to display some of your products.
An AZ state licence (fee) and Mesa license (Check City of Mesa for fee) is required.
Rental rate is LOW!! for a retail space in a REAL shopping mall.
We have on a plan so that all vendors will be able to accept credit cards. There will be a small fee for each credit card purchase but that info will be forthcoming.
