Mat Size & Thickness

Thicknesses:
1-1/4" - Ideal for light training, ground fighting, or home use mats. Not appropriate for high throws or slams. Can be placed on top of existing mats for extra protection.
1-5/8" - Our standard mat thickness. The ideal combination of performance, versatility, and portability.
2" (5cm) - For the ultimate in performance. Best for throwing/takedown martial arts styles and for international competition.
